Operating out of Honokaa, Moody’s Artisan Bakery is a small batch bakery focusing on sourdough breads from gluten free to traditional. Utilizing alternative grains such as spelt, teff, millet, and brown rice all batches receive a ferment of 16 to 36 hours. The focus is on creating nutritional bread that receives its healthful transformation from different sourdough cultures.
